Paint Protection

A thermoplastic urethane film known as paint protection film (PPF, sometimes known as clear bra, clear film, or clear paint film) is placed on the painted surfaces of a new or old car. It shields the paint from stone chips, tree sap, bug splatters, UV, and small abrasions. Heat may magically remove swirls and scratches from paint protection film (PPF), leaving your paint smooth and shiny. It maintains the glossy or matt clean surface of your car. PPF can be installed entirely or partially. Main body-colored painted surfaces, headlights, side mirrors, and roof can be protected with PPF.

Car wrapping

The film will be directly put into the vehicle’s painted surfaces. The Color change wrapping can easily modify the color and overall appearance of your vehicle’s distinctive, noticeable branding. All types of colors are available. Either a gloss, matte, color flow or chrome finish is possible. It is precisely and simply removed. The car wrap will be maintained for about 5 – 7 years, but if you want more protection you can apply PPF or a ceramic coating on top.

Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coating is another way to protect the surface of your car. A chemical polymer solution called industry-grade ceramic coating is used to coat a vehicle’s exterior to shield the paint from environmental deterioration. It is typically manually applied, blending it with the paint on your car to offer an additional hydrophobic layer of defense. The extra layer can protect the surface from grime, bird bombs, bug or sunburn, and other substances that could damage your paint and prevent water stains. It is transparent and makes your car look glossy and shiny.

Signage Wrap

Using automobiles to advertise a company, commodity, or service is known as “signage wrapping.” with order to change the color, advertise, or make a special delivery, it is possible to cover a vehicle entirely or partially with vinyl material. You call put logos, phone numbers, and slogans on the vehicle.

Tinting

Up to 99% of harmful UV rays can be blocked by tinted windows. It protects the interior of your automobile from sunlight exposure, which causes fading. clear nighttime visibility and long-lasting security. It darkens the windows from the outside of your vehicle giving privacy and security. When you apply tint it can also decrease the inner temperature of the car on a hot day.

OUR PORTFOLIO

Check Our Frequently Asked
Questions

1. What is PPF?

The paint protection film is a film that is applied to a vehicle to protect the painted surfaces. It protects your car from rock chips, birds splatter, and exposure to UV, scratches, and toxic chemicals. it also absorbs the impact on the car when there is damage.

2. What is the ceramic coating?

Ceramic coating is another way to protect the surface of your car. It is a liquid polymer sealant that bonds to the paint on your vehicle. It makes an extra layer to protect the surface from grime, bird bombs, and other substances that could damage your paint and prevent water stains. It is transparent and makes your car look glossy and clear.

3. Does PPF need maintenance?

To help maintain the maximum performance of paint protection film, periodic care, and attention are recommended. Hand washes with soap and water when needed. For gloss finishes, wax with a non-abrasive car wax once or twice a year to help maintain the appearance and surface protection.

4. Can I take my vehicle with PPF through a car wash?

To help ensure maximum performance of PPF, periodic care, and attention is recommended. Avoid the use of automatic car washers and power washes as they could cause film lifting1. It is best practice to wait 3 days after the installation of paint protection film before washing your car. Hand washes with soap, water, and a soft cloth when needed.

5. How do I care for PPF?

It’s best to wait three days after paint protection film installation before attempting any sort of washing. Hand washes with soap, water, and a soft cloth when needed. Avoid the use of automatic car washes and power washers as they could cause film lifting.

Prompt removal of staining hazards, such as bird droppings is recommended. For gloss finishes, wax with a non-abrasive car wax once or twice a year. We suggest consulting your nearest SunTek dealer who can provide expert guidance for proper PPF surface care.

6. How does PPF compare to ceramic coatings?

Ceramic coatings do not offer the same level of rock chip and surface protection as SunTek paint protection film. Reaction PPF features the 2-in-1 advantage of PPF protection and the benefits of ceramic coating—backed by a manufacturer’s 12-year limited warranty2. The life expectancy of ceramic coating can be approximately 1-4 years, requiring regular reapplication depending on the product.

7. Can PPF be removed after installation?

We recommend that only a professional installer should remove the paint protection film. But if it is necessary to remove the film yourself, we suggest following these guidelines:

– The film should be lifted at a 45-degree angle and pulled towards yourself, this will cause the adhesive to release

– Do not fold the film over on itself and rip it off—this can leave adhesive behind

– In cold weather environments, we recommend a steamer to aid in softening the film and adhesive for removal

We highly encourage you to see a professional PPF dealer for removal from the original paint.
